  • Tier 1 Automotive Supplier: Led the improvement effort at an axle manufacturer that increased OEE by 20% and eliminated an unbudgeted 4th shift used to supplement production shortfalls.
  • Fortune 50 OEM: Identified $2.5m in annualized labor savings for an automotive OEM through the implementation of multiple material handling automation solutions. Developed detailed work plans and bid documents with ROIs averaging less than 12 months.
  • $80M medical device manufacturer. Led and executed a 24-month plan to reduce lead time, FG inventory levels and develop a continuous improvement plan resulting in lead time reductions of 45% to 90% on key products and an employee driven continuous improvement program with $750,000 in annualized savings from over 110 submissions in <12 months.
